We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Manager
to establish, oversee and manage the IT infrastructure and security for our
group and its entities. This role requires a balance of hands-on implementation
and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing
office infrastructure and systems, ensuring the secure and efficient operation
of all IT-related activities within the group.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
the installation, maintenance, and support of all office IT systems.

Ensure
efficient operation and availability of network services, hardware, and
software.
·
Control
and monitor access to external platforms and systems, such as Google Analytics.
·
Liaise
with third-party providers to maintain and improve service delivery.
·
Develop
and implement robust security protocols to protect company data and
infrastructure.
·
Monitor
systems for security breaches and respond to incidents promptly.
·
Oversee
all aspects of domain management including registration, renewal, and
administration of domain names, ensuring compliance with ICANN policies and
TLD-specific requirements.

Develop
and implement strategies for managing top-level domains (TLDs) to support the
company’s business objectives and online presence, while ensuring domain
security to protect against cyber threats.

Formulate
IT policies and procedures in line with company objectives and compliance
requirements.
·
Regularly
review and update policies to adapt to changing IT landscape.
·
Develop
and execute a strategic IT plan that aligns with the company’s goals.
·
Actively
engage in the troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues.
·
Provide
technical guidance and support to the IT team and other departments.
·
Assist
in the budget for IT expenditures and investments.
·
Ensure
cost-effectiveness and ROI on IT spending.
·
Handle
administrative tasks related to both internal and external IT systems.
·
Coordinate
with various departments to ensure IT needs are met effectively.
·
Stay
abreast of new technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the
company.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
·
Proven
experience in IT infrastructure management and security.
·
Strong
understanding of network infrastructure, database management, and cloud
technologies.
·
Excellent
problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
·
Strong
leadership skills and experience in managing a team.

with Tableau, Jira, Monday.com, Citrix, MyAffiliates, Netcraft, DataForSEO,
Ahrefs, SEMRUSH, Similarweb.
